Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yovee governing your access to and use of the Yovee platform, including the mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Yovee, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Platform Nature
Yovee is an activity-based social networking platform designed to connect adults through shared real-world activities. Yovee is not a dating service, escort service, matchmaking agency, or background-check provider. Yovee does not guarantee any specific relationship outcome, meeting result, or user behavior.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not prohibited from using the Service and are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Impersonation, fake profiles, or multiple unauthorized accounts are prohibited.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
Users must act respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, nudity, scams, impersonation, spam, commercial solicitation without authorization, illegal activity, or exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these standards.
5. Child Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Yovee maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material, grooming, or exploitation of minors. Any such violation results in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
6. Premium Services & Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. Billing and refunds for purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Refund & Cancellation Rights
Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. EU/EEA residents may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless digital content delivery has begun. Residents of certain U.S. states may cancel within three business days where applicable consumer protection laws require.
8. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to monitor suspicious activity, suspend accounts, require identity verification, reverse fraudulent transactions, and recover costs associated with unjustified chargebacks or abuse of platform systems.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by Yovee. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use. By uploading content, you grant Yovee a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for operating and promoting the Service.
10. API Usage & Automated Access
Automated scraping, bots, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API usage is strictly prohibited. We may block or restrict access to protect platform integrity.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Yovee disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for user conduct, offline interactions, data loss, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid in the past six months or 100 USD.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yovee, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines, without prior notice. Termination does not entitle you to refunds except where required by law.
14. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Jury trial rights are waived where legally permissible. EU consumers retain mandatory local protections.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Yovee operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
16. Force Majeure
Yovee shall not be liable for delays or failure resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, governmental actions, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
17. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic agreements and notices satisfy legal requirements.
18. Severability & Survival
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and intellectual property survive termination.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
