Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Yovee mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Yovee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Yovee. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Community Guidelines & Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

To ensure a safe environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Posting sexually explicit content, pornography, or nudity.
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or defamation.
Illegal activities, including solicitation of prostitution or human trafficking.
Spamming, scamming, or soliciting money from other users.
Impersonating others.

⚠️ Enforcement: We have a Zero Tolerance Policy. Any content violating these rules will be removed, and the user's account will be permanently banned without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal activities.

4. User Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for the content (photos, messages) you upload. By posting, you grant Yovee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content.

We employ automated and manual moderation tools. Users can report inappropriate behavior using the in-app "Report" function. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Yovee may offer premium features (e.g., VIP, Coins) for purchase.

Billing: Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Yovee does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We advise you to take precautions, such as meeting in public places and never sharing financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yovee and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service or the conduct of other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
