Open the Yovee app on your device. Tap on your profile icon in the top corner, then tap the gear icon to access the Settings menu.
In the settings menu, scroll down until you find the 'Privacy & Security' section. Look for the 'Delete Account' option at the very bottom of the list.
For your security, you will be asked to type "delete" to confirm. Once confirmed, your profile, matches, and chats will be permanently removed.
If you have lost your phone or cannot access your account through the application, you can still request the deletion of your data through our secure web portal, in compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies.
